Artist statement
I am a multidisciplinary artist. The main theme I work with and worry about is fear and anxiety. I work with physical mediums such as painting, sculpture, installations, and textiles largely because they allow me to transform my ephemeral thoughts and feelings into a tangible object. It's not this or that object that causes the most fear, it's what can't become an object. that cannot become an object, that is, that which cannot be built into the symbolic order of reality, that undermines its its claim to totality.Try it!
