Courtney Alan Rossy is a painter and art educator living in Bedford, New York. She received a BA from
Boston College with a double major in Studio Art and Communications, focusing on visual communication
and design. After years working in marketing in the magazine publishing industry, she pursued a Masters
in Art and Art Education at Teachers College at Columbia University, painting in a studio once used by
Georgia O’Keeffe. Most recently, Courtney’s work has been exhibited in Brooklyn, Tribeca, Ridgefield and
Westchester, which has gained her collectors all along the East Coast. To extend her painting practice,
Courtney has participated in various residencies and workshops, most recently at Yellow Studio in Cross
River, studying plein air under Drea Cofield, landscape.Try it!
