The Windhover is another name for a Kestrel. I see them on my walks sometimes so I perched this one on an actual sign on the Tarka Trail. I liked the idea of the Kestrel being a perpetrator of anti social behaviour or, perhaps patrolling to deter such behaviour.Try it!
