Set Fair To The Western Horizon is a richly layered mixed media artwork incorporating collaged under-layers and expressive painting in acrylics, sealed with varnish. This painting seeks to convey the hope of a bright horizon at sea, the softening wind and waves, and the coming of better weather. Inspired by the ever-changing weather along our beautiful North Devon Atlantic Coast, reflecting the light, colours, sounds and sensations of the seaside.
