"This project investigates the emotional weight and visual intensity of the color red when cast into dark, outdoor environments. Utilizing a Sony A7iii and a portable SmallRig light, I photographed my subject on a stormy summer night to see how artificial red lighting would disrupt the neutrality of a dark landscape. The impending storm imposed an unplanned, frantic time constraint on the shoot. Rather than hindering the work, this urgency injected a palpable sense of chaos, rage, and raw femininity directly into the final images. Kept entirely unedited, the series preserves the raw truth of the environment, highlighting red as a dominant psychological force that translates warning and desire into an authentic visual spectacle."
