Urban Layers explores the beauty found in the surfaces and textures of the built environment. Layers of pigment, texture, and subtle variation come together to create a weathered, almost architectural landscape, reminiscent of aged concrete, worn walls, and traces left behind by time.
The work balances structure with organic movement, allowing each layer to reveal a sense of depth and history. Its restrained palette and tactile surface create a quiet, contemporary presence—suggesting a cityscape not through recognizable forms, but through the marks, textures, and memories embedded in its surfaces.
